Yummy bulgur-salad for me😊🥰

These pics don’t need filters. The sun finally came out and I was able to eat outside the first time😍
If you know, you know. I am obsessed with summer and I can’t wait for it to come. I am so over with all these winter clothes etc. I want to wear shorts and go swimming☀️

Anyway let’s talk about this beautiful and colorful plate🤩

You can see an apple-red beet salad, bulgur, chicken, feta cheese, and walnuts💗

RECIPE for one:
– 60g bulgur
– 100g apple
– 200g red beets
– kipfilet
- olijfolie
– 6ml argan-oil (or more olive oil)
– 10ml balsamic vinegar
– 10ml lime juice
– 45g feta cheese
– 10g walnuts

1️⃣ shred the apple and the red beets (watch your fingers😇)

2️⃣ for the dressing mix the argan-oil, lime juice, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper -> add to the shredded apple and red beet

put it into the fridge until the rest is done

3️⃣ cook the bulgur and fry the chicken

4️⃣ add everything on a plate and top with feta cheese and walnuts (optional)

So good😍 if you mix the salad with the bulgur the juice will make it just perfect😇👩🏻‍🍳
