the perfect goat cheese pasta for stressful days🥰

If you me for a bit now you know I love any kind of pasta dishes. I made this one a few times now and I love it😊

– 100 gram pasta
– 150g frozen spinach
– 100 gram tomaten
– 80g eggplant
– 25 gram rode ui
– minced beef/chicken
– 50g goat cheese spread

-> cook the pasta and the spinach and fry the veggies together with the minced beef. Add the pasta to the pan and stir the goat cheese in. Mix everything and serve🥰
