Starting my day off with another sort of proats.
Today’s oatmeal was with mixed in caro coffee. It’s a coffee based on grains with no caffeine.
Instead of mixing protein powder in, I topped it with a vanilla caramel crisp protein bar.
And of course, I added a banana, blueberries, coconut chips, and cacao nibs.
It’s definitely not a typical breakfast for me but sometimes it’s good to switch things up.
