Here is the promised recipe from yesterday’s breakfast. It was so good that I had to it again today😇

I hope y’all like baked oats because I do and this bad boy is filled with some blueberries and peanut butter. Is there anything better?🤩

RECEPT:
💗 50g oats
💗 125g oat milk or any other milk you like
💗 20g protein powder mine was vanilla (less or more works as well)
💗 1/2 banana
💗 baking powder

-> blend everything until the batter is smooth. Fill one half of the batter in an oiled baking tin.

For the blueberry filling, I defrosted 50g of frozen blueberries and mashed them.

On top of the dough, I added 15g of peanut butter and half of the blueberries. Now add the other half of the batter.

Bake for 20-30 minutes at 195°C

While the cake was baking I made a green smoothie with baby spinach, half a lime, ginger, frozen mango, and turmeric.
