Singapore vermicilli 🥡 I loosely ed a recipe from seriouseats.com but used a lot less oil (1 tbsp), less meat (2 chicken breasts & a pack of prawns) and I used a full pack of vermicilli but split the whole thing into 6 portions so it was pretty low cal in the end! 1 syn per portion!
