This lunch gives you summer vibes right away🤩

I can’t be the only one who misses summer this much😅 I am such a summer girl and I think y’all know it🥰

RECEPT voor één:
- garnaal
- rijst
– 200g asparagus
– 100 gram paprika
– 25g red onions
– 70g feta cheese
– 5g white wine vinegar
– 10g balsamic vinegar
– 15ml lemon juice
– 5g olijfolie
– 5g honey
– 6g mustard


Prep the bell pepper-feta cheese salad the night before so it can absorb the dressing😊

1️⃣ cut the bell pepper, the onion, and the feta

2️⃣ mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, and honey until it is smooth

3️⃣ transfer the veggies into a bowl with a lid and mix with the dressing. Give it a good shake and put it in the fridge over the night.

For the rest:

1️⃣ kook de rijst

2️⃣ grease a pan and add the asparagus and the shrimp

3️⃣ add the cooked rice to a plate as well as the asparagus, the salad, and the shrimp🥰
