OVERNIGHT OAT-PUDDING😍

A few weeks ago I posted my raspberry-smoothie oatmeal. This one is a bit inspired by it😊

RECEPT:
– 75 gram havermeel
– 5g coconut flour
– 100g low-fat quark
– 150ml oat milk
– chia seeds and flax seeds
- amandelboter

-> grab a blender and blend all the ingredients, place in the fridge over the night and take out in the morning

Topping:
– blueberries, raspberries, and banana
