Oven-baked crispy tofu in the sun ☀️

A bit ago I asked you how you prefer your tofu. I decided to go with the oven-baked tofu and I loved it😍👩🏻‍🍳

Nothing is better than a green-rice bowl with some protein🤩

RECEPT voor één:
– 200g tofu (one block)
– 75g rice
– 100g pak choi
– 90g broccoli
– mung bean sprouts
- olijfolie
– 3g sriracha
– 15g soy sauce + 15g soy sauce
– 10g peanut butter

1️⃣ marinate the tofu in 15g soy sauce and sriracha for about 15 minutes

2️⃣ put the tofu in the oven for around 20-30 minutes at 200°C

3️⃣ wash and cut the veggies and cook the rice

4️⃣ add oil to a pan and sautee the veggies with more soy sauce

Combine everything in a beautiful bowl and enjoy your culinary Asian trip😊
