It’s officially pumpkin season🍂

To spice up your fall I have this yummy and super creamy pumpkin soup for you😊

Alles wat je nodig hebt is:
– 400g Hokkaido pumpkin
– 150g potatoes
– 1 teen knoflook
– 4g ginger
– 250ml vegetable broth
- kaneel
- olijfolie
- nootmuskaat
- zout
– pepper

-> Cut the pumpkin and take out the seeds. Heat some oil in a pot and saute the garlic. Add the pumpkin and the potatoes along with the broth and the ginger. Add more water if needed. Cook for about 20 minutes and puree. Add the spices and enjoy.
