I still have some pumpkin purée left and I am not mad about it😇
Since I planned out my breakfast yesterday I was looking forward to these pancakes and it was definitely worth to be this excited😍
After my workout, I walked downstairs and made myself these yummy pumpkin protein pancakes. Of course, I used my new vanilla protein powder myproteinde 😇🤫

RECEPT:
~ 50g haver
~ 100g pumpkin purée
~ 15g vanilla protein powder
~ 120ml oat milk
~ one egg
~ bakpoeder
~ kaneel
~ nutmeg
~ oil for the pan
1) blend all ingredients (except the oil) in a blender
2) heat up a pan, take the batter, and ”form” pancakes. The batter might be a bit runny but that’s totally fine.
3) flip them if there are bubbles on the surface
4) enjoy
I topped mine with plums, a fig😇, pomegranate seeds, cacao nibs, and coconut chips 😍
That’s it. Super easy and delicious🤤💗
