high-protein stewed cucumber 🥒

This was such a delicious summer meal with repetition potential🥰

– 1 stewed cucumber (300g)
- Zalm
– 100g cottage cheese or more
– splash of liquid (milk)

1️⃣ steam the cucumber for about 10 minutes

2️⃣ fry the salmon and add to the cucumber

3️⃣ now it’s time for the cottage cheese. Add the cottage cheese to the cucumber and add a splash of milk. The cottage cheese will melt.

I served it with brown rice. I also sprinkled some dill on top💚
