HEALTHY RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE💗

You might think eating cake for breakfast can’t be healthy but you are wrong. This one is a protein bomb- the perfect post-workout breakfast💪🏻

RECEPT:

oat bottom🥣
– 75 gram haver
– 6g chia seeds
– 6g flax seeds
– 15 g notenboter
– 50ml oat milk (maybe more)

-> mix all ingredients together. You might need more oat milk. Place into a cake form (mine had diameter of 16cm)

Cheesecake🥣
– 160g low-fat quark
– 50 ml havermelk
– 100g fresh/frozen raspberries

-> blend everything and spread on top of the cake bottom

Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C🥰💗
