Healthy potato chips with a spinach-feta sauce😊

This plate includes all the ingredients we love. It’s made out of baked potato chips and a sauce made with spinach, feta, ham, and oat milk🥰

1️⃣ slice your potatoes into thin slices and coat lightly in some olive oil. Bake at 230°C until crisp

2️⃣ if you use frozen spinach, defrost it in some water. Once it’s defrosted drain the water and add the feta cheese, the ham, and a splash of oat milk.

3️⃣ wait till the feta melted a bit and place everything on a plate
