I was amazed by the small semolina dumplings I made a few days ago. I had to try a big one filled with mashed raspberries🤩

– 60g semolina
– 30g haver
- 1 ei
– 80g low-fat quark
– (maybe add 5-10g of protein powder)

Combine all the ingredients and form a ball. For the filling, I mashed some raspberries.

Cook until the dumpling is swimming on the surface

I coated my dumpling in some finely shredded almonds and added strawberries💗
