Fluffy shredded pancakes with apple and cinnamon 😍 great for those cozy mornings

Alles wat je nodig hebt is:
– 80 gram havermeel
– 180ml oat milk
- 1 ei
– protein powder (optional)
– 1 small apple
- kaneel

-> Mix the dry ingredients, separate the egg yolk from the egg white and beat the egg white until stiff. Add the milk and the yolk to the dry ingredients, mix and gently stir in the egg white. Fill into a pan add apple slices and cinnamon, wait and shred.
