Last night’s dinner! Simple but so good 👌 we defrosted a whole packet of frozen cod and then coated it in beaten egg and then breadcrumbs (2 small slices of bread left out to go stale, then blended) mixed with dried parsley, salt & pepper. We divided the cod between 2 plates. Served with homemade chips using around 300g maris piper potatoes and ½ can mushy peas.
