Finally, the spring is coming nearer, and the sun becomes warmer so I can make some beautiful outside-shots😊

I really missed those kinds of pictures. I just love how the sun shines on my food 😂

I am such a summer girl and I don’t believe that this will ever change☀️

Coming to the recipe😅

You’ll need:

– 80 gram rijst
- Zalm
– broccoli and tomatoes (as much as you like or any other type of veggies)
– 40g milk
– 20g cream cheese philadelphia_deutschland
– 20g nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese
– 10 ml citroensap
– 3ml white wine vinegar
- olijfolie

1️⃣ cook the rice and the veggies that need to be cooked

2️⃣ for the sauce combine the milk, cream cheese, lemon juice, the white wine vinegar, and the nutritional yeast or parmesan cheese

The sauce will be thick. You can add a bit more liquid but it shouldn’t be too runny.

3️⃣ heat the oil in a pan, cut the salmon into tiny pieces, and fry

4️⃣ add the cooked rice and the veggies to the pan and mix in the sauce.

It’s creamy, sticky and so delish😍 I love it. The perfect lunch for a sunny day☀️🥰
