Deconstructed sweet potato toast for breakfast 🤗🤗
(vegetarian/vegan without cheese)

Preheat air fryer to 380.
Wash, peel, & cut sweet potato into small cubes.
Spray nonstick spray & sprinkle a little salt on the potatoes.
Cook the potatoes in the air fryer for 12 minutes, tossing half way through.
Plate the potatoes with cherries, blueberries, chèvre, a drizzle of local honey, & fresh thyme picked from the garden.
Enjoy 😍😍
