Oooooft this was fit 👌 not the most traditional bolognese 👀 we used Tesco plant mince and we had loads of veg to use up. I love bulking up a bolognese with finely chopped veg as it makes it go so much further. We managed to split this sauce into 6 portions so I decided to do some garlic breads as the meal was fairly low cal 😍

For 4 slices (2 portions) of garlic bread, I sliced up a schaerglutenfree panini roll into triangles. I put 15g low fat margarine in the microwave for a few seconds and then mixed in 1 minced garlic clove and some dried parsley. I used a pastry brush to cover each slice and then put in the oven for 10 mins 👌
