Baked sweet potatoes with veggies and marinated chicken😍🤤

A yummy lunch is a YES for me🔥

RECEPT:
• 250g sweet potato
• 1 paprika
• 100g frozen spinach
• 70g feta cheese
• chicken breast
• 10g olive oil
• lime juice
• cream balsamic vinegar
• Italian herbs

1️⃣ marinate the chicken in the olive oil, herbs, and like juice. Let it soak for a least 1 hour

2️⃣ cut the sweet potato into tiny cubes and bake it for 20min at 200°C

3️⃣ cut the paprika and cook the spinach for 6 minutes

4️⃣ mix the drained spinach with the feta

5️⃣ after the 20 minutes are over add the paprika and feta-spinach mix to the potatoes and bake for 5-10 minutes

6️⃣ fry the chicken

-> serve with balsamic vinegar on top
