A delicious breakfast bowl for a nice Saturday brunch 🤗
Heat a pan to medium & spray with nonstick spray.
Add fresh garlic, chopped onion, & chopped bell peppers.
Add hash browns, smoky paprika, parsley, & cayenne.
Flip every few minutes & cook until golden.
In a separate bowl whisk 4 egg whites, 1 egg, a small amount of mustard, 1-3 drops of Worcestershire sauce, Himalayan salt, & black pepper.
Cook eggs until desired.
