Today I stood up at 5:05h am because I did my 40 minutes workout and it’s my sister’s moving day.
For breakfast, I made some
I cooked 55g oats with oat milk, protein powder, matcha powder, and chia seeds. I topped it with a banana, frozen blueberries, red currants, hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, and tahini🤩
it was so creamy and delicious💗 a perfect start in a perfect day😊
