Those small balls are one of the best things you can eat for breakfast. I was blown away 🤯

RECIPE:
– 60g semolina
– 30g oat flour
– 80g low-fat quark
– 10g protein powder
– 1 egg
– 5g chia seeds

-> combine all the listed ingredients and form balls. I filled them with dark chocolate, strawberries, and blueberries but do whatever you like🥰

-> add to boiling water and wait until they swim on the surface of the water

-> I sprinkled some cacao powder on top but this is optional as well😊

Which filling do you prefer? I loved the chocolate and the strawberry one😍
