This breakfast was a whole new level🤯

It’s literally a cake and I can’t believe it’s made with all the good stuff you need after a workout or just to treat yourself🥰

– 65g oat flour
– 12g protein powder
– 60g low-fat quark
– 5g cacao powder
– 1 egg white
– 8g nut butter

-> combine all the ingredients and place in the microwave for 4-5 minutes at 600 watt

– 150-200g almond yogurt (or any other yogurt)

-> layer on top of the cake

– mixed berries (I used raspberries, blueberries, currants, and pomegranate seeds)

-> place them on top of the yogurt layer

-> for the glaze heat some water with agar agar and pour on top of the cake. Place everything in the fridge and let it cool🥰
