Okay, first of all, I have to admit that I used almond butter instead of peanut butter because I ran out of it 😅

But this recipe was still a win 🏆
I once made an oatmeal version of it but today is in collaboration with the_daiily_fooodie and I made her version of it. It’s super simple, quick, and filled with protein. Because it’s overnight you can grab it and you are good to go😊

– 80g oat flour
– 100g yogurt (vegan)
– 100ml oat milk
– 14g protein powder

-> mix together and place it into the fridge

Chia jam:
– 100g frozen raspberries
– chia seeds

-> heat everything up in a pan

Combine the hot jam with the oatmeal and add some nut butter. Hope you enjoy it😊
