OVERNIGHT-OAT PUDDING🌸🫐
This breakfast I perfect for you if you don’t wanna spent a lot of time preparing your breakfast in the morning😊
Some days are hectic so we need a quick and healthy breakfast to fuel for the day🥰
RECIPE:
– 75g oats
– 200ml oat milk
– ehrmann_high_protein_ raspberry yogurt
– flax seeds
– almond butter
– 50g frozen raspberries
– blueberries
-> blend everything in a blender except the blueberries, mix them under after blending
-> store in fridge over the night and take out in the morning
