Are you eating your bowls mixed or do you eat the ingredients separated?
To be honest, I can’t understand the people who don’t mix up their bowls but it’s up to you😂 for me it’s like milk before cereal. It’s not right haha🤫

In detail, this bowl is built with quinoa, sauteed veggies (mushrooms, onions, zucchini), canned tuna, avocado, and tomatoes 💗
