Nothing is better than starting your weekend with a protein-loaded waffle stack😍🧇

good morning everyone I hope you had a nice start into your weekend🤗. I will spend my weekend studying and that’s it probably🤷🏻‍♀️. I hope you have more entertaining plans than me😅

RECIPE for the waffles:
~ 50g oats blended into flour
~ 20g coconut flour
~ 10g protein powder (mine was vanilla myproteinde)
~ 1 mashed banana
~ 80g oat milk -> probably more alpro
~ 5g cacao powder
~ egg
~ baking powder

All you have to do is mixing everything together in a bowl. Heat up your waffle iron and place the batter in.

I ate mine with plums, a fig, blueberries, red currants, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and almond butter😍💗
