No time for 20min oat-cake? Just make a microwave-cake in 2 minutes.👩🏻🍳
Today was an early morning for me so I wanted to make a quick breakfast. I was craving baked oatmeal but there was no time. Why don’t we use the microwave more often?
RECIPE:
• 70g oats
• 23g protein powder
• 5g chia seeds
• 6g flax seeds
• 250ml milk
-> mix all ingredients and “bake” for 2min at 900 watts
I added half a banana and blueberries. For the perfect melt, I added a gingerbread before baking.
