No-bake meal-prep cake😊
This is for all my lovely people out there who don’t have a lot of time in the morning but still want to eat a fueling breakfast🥰
Base:
– 80g oats
– 15g almond butter
– 50ml oat milk
– 8g seeds
Cheesecake:
– 200g yoghurt
– 12g protein powder
– fruits
-> Mix the base ingredients and form a “bowl”. Place in the fridge over the night. The next morning mix the cheesecake ingredients and fill them into the base. Enjoy💜
