My first ramen (home-made)

All you need is:
– love💗
– 85g udon/ramen noodles
– 125g minced beef
– 30g red onion or spring onions
– 70g pak choy
– 60g soybean sprouts
– 20g soy sauce
– 5g rice vinegar
– 3g sambal oelek
– 4g cornflour
– 200ml beef broth
– olive oil

-> Cook the noodles together with the pak choy and fry the onions with the minced beef. Add the sprouts. Drain the noodles and add them to the cooking broth. Mix soy sauce, sambal oelek, rice vinegar, and cornflour and stir into the noodles. Add the blanched pak choy and serve with chili if you like☺️
