MATCHA-PROTEIN JELLY CAKE🤯🤩

This jelly cake tastes like it’s directly out of the kitchen of a Michelin star restaurant😍

RECIPE:

JELLY CAKE:

– 200ml oat milk
– 25g Matcha protein (can be vegan)
– 3g agar-agar

CAKE BOTTOM:

– 75g oats
– 5g maple syrup
– 5g chia seeds
– 5g flax seeds
– 8g almond butter/peanut butter
– around 50ml oat milk

JELLY CAKE🥣

the night before🌟

1️⃣ combine all the ingredients listed above and cook them

2️⃣ once it has cooked turn off the heat and fill it into a bowl

3️⃣ let it cool and place into the fridge over the night

CAKE BOTTOM🥣

1️⃣ mix all ingredients in a bowl – be careful with the oat milk you might need more or less

2️⃣ place onto a baking sheet and form a shape that fits the jelly cake once it’s flipped (I used the empty bowl and made a circle around it so I have the exact form)

3️⃣ bake for 20min at 200°C or until it’s crispy

4️⃣ let it cool over the night

IN THE MORNING☀️

Place the jelly cake on top of the cake bottom and decorate it with some berries or anything you can think of😊
