💗marbled baked-oats💗

Not gonna lie, I am really proud of this creation. I used the same technique I used for the zebra cheesecake you can see in my latest “what I eat in a day”. This breakfast was next level😍

I don’t want to speak boastfully about my achievements but it is what it is🤫👩🏻‍🍳

– 80g oat flour
– 15g non-colored protein powder (I used cinnamon but I could imagine vanilla as well)
– 15g chocolate protein powder or cacao powder
– around 150ml oat milk
– almond butter
– chocolate
– fruits

1️⃣ blend the oats, oat milk, almond butter, and cinnamon protein powder

2️⃣ fill 1/3 of the batter into a separate bowl and add the cacao or chocolate protein powder into the blender – mix again

You should have 2 separate batters

3️⃣ grab your ovenproof bowl and place 3 tablespoons of the dark mixture into the middle and 2 tablespoons of the white mixture on top. Go on with this

4️⃣ you can leave it like this or grab a toothpick and make little swirls as I did

5️⃣ place your chocolate in the middle and bake for 15 minutes at 210°C

I am obsessed with it😍 the crust on top and the more liquidity middle killed it in my opinion🤯
