Long time not seen my lovely
yogurt bowl.

Today is my Rest Day but I still try to eat the same amount of food I would normally eat😅

My breakfast was a good start for this goal today☺️ it was a comforting and so yummy bowl😍

I made pan granola🤫 have you tried it yet?

RECIPE:
~ 50g oats
~ 5g walnuts
~ 5g sunflower seeds
~ 5g shaved almonds
~ 5g coconut chips
~ cinnamon
~ 10ml maple syrup

-> heat up a pan and add all the ingredients except the maple syrup. Stir everything, don’t let it burn. It will start to smell like popcorn 🤩 add in the maple syrup and stir everything together. Take it off the stove and let it cool.

I used the cooling time to cut up an orange and wash the blueberries.

The cooling time is important, it gives the last touch to it because this will help to build the clumps😍

As a base, I had Greek yogurt with mixed in hemp protein.

everything together was bomb🤩
