It’s pan-cake time😍 yes I mean pan-cake and not pancake. It’s a cake you make in a pan☺️.

All you need is 30g Greek yogurt, 25g flour, 15g protein powder or more flour, 5g oil, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and an apple.

1) Mix everything for the dough. It’s a sticky dough so you have to add more flour to roll it out.

2) slice up the apple and put it on the dough.

3) heat up a pan and place it in the dough. On medium heat bake, it covered with a lid for about 10-11 minutes.

Before baking, I added raisins and cinnamon. I topped it with almond butter😍
