All you need is:
– 60g semolina
– 40g oat flour
– 160g low-fat quark
– oat milk (if needed)
– baking powder
– cacao powder

-> mix the ingredients and place the dough into a baking form (mine was a heart but you can’t tell haha haha). I air-fried my cake but you can bake it as well.
