Here is the promised ☺️

Breakfast:
2 pumpkin bread slices (recipe is posted) one slice with almond butter alnatura, banana, cacao nibs, and cinnamon.
The second slice I ate with low-fat quark and a fig🤤

Snack I:
Pumpkin overnight oats😍

Lunch:
Because I had a long school day, like every Tuesday, I made myself
oriental-inspired quinoa with chicken breast and as a ”topping” I used Greek yogurt

Snack II:
After PE I snacked this nutbar ikeadeutschland

Snack III:
One orange and an apple

Dinner:
Salad with tomatoes, paprika, cucumber, spring onions, radish, feta cheese, and walnuts.
The dressing is made with flaxseed oil, white wine vinegar, and lemon juice🤩

For some extra carbs, I added some more pumpkin bread😍

Today was pretty pumpkin focused😅 but this is fall you know🤫
