healthy and fluffy breakfast cookies🍪

Let’s talk about yogurt bowls in the morning. In my opinion, they are one of the best breakfasts. They are so simple, quick but you are still able to customize your bowl for your liking🤩

This day I wanted to switch it up. No granola or plain oats, no not for me today.

Let’s make some healthy oat cookies. You can easily make them and eat them to your yogurt or throughout the day🥰

– 60g oat flour
– 30g chocolate protein powder
– 5g chia seeds
– 1/2 banana
– 100ml oat milk
– almond butter
– baking powder

1️⃣ blend all ingredients listed above until smooth

2️⃣ fill it into a bowl and cover with a lid- let it sit in the fridge over the night

3️⃣ in the morning make little cookies on a baking tray (last pic) and bake at 210°C for about 15-20 minutes

They are so easy and I like that you can prep them the night before. A little switch for daily things can do wonders😊
