Do you need some salad inspiration? You’re welcome😊

It’s a mixed salad with, carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, mushrooms (sauteed in a pan), paprika, feta cheese, and spring onions.

For the dressing, I used balsamic vinegar, flaxseed oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian herbs.

as an appetizer🙈, I had a leftover bun half with some goat cream cheese😍
