Chish and fips! Made the ‘batter’ using smash mixed with dried parsley, salt and pepper (technically a tweak but I don’t syn because it’s part of a main meal – do what you need for your weightloss!) You could also use stale bread as your HexB to make breadcrumbs and make it syn-free!

For the tartare sauce, I mixed 200g fat free fromage frais, 1 tbsp lighter than light mayo, 2 chopped gherkins, ½ chopped red onion, zest of ½ a lemon, 1 tsp dried dill, salt and pepper!
