Can’t beat a lasagne 👌 we used quorn mince in ours! For the white sauce we mix together 1 cup skimmed milk, 1 tbsp cornflour (mixed with 1 tbsp water), 1 tsp mustard powder & 60g parmesan in a pan over a low heat until thickened. Make it veggie by using a parmesan alternative & make it vegan by using a milk alternative too (I think oat or soya would be best for this!)
