Baked Potatoes with Frutti di mare😍

Not gonna lie this recipe was created by accident because I actually wanted to make a tortilla. But you have to take the things how they come right? Was still insanely delish😇

RECIPE:
– 345g potatoes
– 1 spring onion
– 100g tomatoes
– 50g peas
– 80g bell pepper
– 1 egg
– 55g sour cream
– 60g oat milk
– parsley
– frutti di mare

-> thinly since the potatoes and cook for about 5 minutes. Now cut the veggies and fill everything in an ovenproof dish. Add the sour cream with the egg and the milk and bake until it’s golden brown. Fry the sea fruits and add them into once it’s baked.
