Another day but the same weather🤯 for 3 days it’s nonstop raining😩 yes I know I said I live fall but only the golden sunlight and the colorful nature, not the rain😅
For lunch, I decided to make roasted Brussels sprouts for the first time and I am in love with it😍 Brussels sprouts always reminds me of Christmas because we eat them on Christmas dinner🤫
This lunch was fried rice with ham, beetroot, and roasted Brussels sprouts.
1) cook the rice (i used brown rice)
2) cut the Brussels sprouts in half after you removed the stalk. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over it and make sure that the sprouts are coated. Put them onto a baking tray and season it with garlic and pepper.
Put the baking tray into the oven at 180°C for 30mins, flip the Brussels sprouts after 15mins.
3) if the rice is cooked, heat up a pan and fry the ham. Add the rice and mix it together. Make a hole in the middle and add in the egg. Stir until the egg is done.
4) I added some lime juice to the sprouts and put everything on a plate with some pickled beetroots
Didn’t expect it to be this tasty🤩
