An oat heart a day keeps the doctor away☺️🤫

Not the best light but I hope you still like this recipe🥰

All you need is:
– 75g oats
– seeds for more fiber
– 10g almond butter
– oat milk as much as you need for a solid dough

– oat yogurt
– protein powder

-> mix the dough and press into a form. Mix the yogurt and the protein and fill the mixture into the form as well. Set into the fridge over the night and serve the next morning.
