A remake of one of the best salads you’ll ever eat😍

This salad gets me every time and it’s not even that tricky to make.

RECIPE:
– perl couscous

-> cook the couscous

– bell pepper
– artichoke hearts
– red onion
– zucchini
– tomatoes
– arugula
– feta cheese
– cod
– olive oil

-> drizzle some olive oil over the veggies (except the arugula) and the cod and grill or bake them until crispy

– balsamic vinegar
– white wine vinegar
– lime juice
– pumpkin seed oil

-> mix the dressing and add to the couscous and the veggies along with the arugula

I seasoned it with some salt, pepper, and Italian herbs
